oh my. beautiful books. 

some days i wish i was a book editor so that i could curl up and read in every spare second

and talk to authors, publishers, interview those difficult characters in dark, smoky spaces

filling diaries with sentences that tickle and paragraphs that parade true beauty

doing my darnedest not to raise my voice and get hysterical when something really touches truth

but this is not why i am paid

so, when i'm off the clock, and on my (little) time

i am that dreamy book bug, a mobile library,

fingering my bookshelves and wondering why i still buy paper when i have no room left for it

yet, but, i still do. and love to. and shall always continue to

buy, adore, sniff and drink them down
